Mein GS/E und GS

Leider schreibe Ich in Deutsch schlecht.. obwohl Ich verstehe Deutsch, schreibe Ich lieber in English..so this is in English. Two yrs ago I got a D Rekord from my father. He bought it in 1977 and it was still in a perfect shape. My son was very interested in it.

This fall he found an A Commodore Coupe GS/E from a barn and he bought it even though he is only 16. You know how rare a Commo GS/E is. Only 11 of them sold here in Finland and this might be the only one left. Must be The Barn Car of the Year here!

We were so happy that we bought A GS Commo last week to get some missing parts. It's in a good shape too, but its a 4d model.

your story sounds quite familiar to me - i was infected with the "opel virus" by the commodore a gs from my finish uncle, which we used as a summer car trough my whole childhood. in 2007 i bought it from him for the incredible sum of € 1.- and brought it to germany where it got "a little bit" restored...
